My name is Gianna, and I started Giafit because I saw too many people, especially busy moms and professionals, feeling overwhelmed and defeated by complicated diet plans. They wanted to be healthier and stronger but were stuck in a cycle of starting, stopping, and feeling like they had failed.


As a certified nutrition coach, I knew there was a better way. I wanted to create a program that empowers you with knowledge and gives you the flexibility to live your life. My mission is to be the supportive voice and expert guide I wished I had on my own journey. I'm not here to give you a strict meal plan; I'm here to teach you how to build your own, make choices with confidence, and create a healthy relationship with food that lasts.
