Will I lose muscle in this challenge?
Not if you follow the Plan! It’s actually not uncommon for participants to gain some muscle during the challenge! We use science-backed methods to create your personalized macro plan, if you stick with it and trust the system, you will see results!
Will I have to eat only certain foods?
You can eat all kinds of foods! While we strongly encourage more nourishing and nutrient-rich meals, our flexible dieting approach allows you to consume virtually any food, as long as it fits inside of your macro budget set at the start of the challenge.
Do I need a meal tracking app?
Everything you need for the challenge will be within the app, including a built-in comprehensive meal tracker. You can manually add foods and search through a USDA verified database or use the barcode scanner for quickly adding custom foods. Save your favorite foods and create recipes for effeciency.
Will there be "Before and After" photos?
Yes! This is an essential part of the challenge to help measure your success. Progress pics are taken from within the app with an easy-to-use template. The pictures remain private and can only be seen by your nutrition coach.
